Texas Poker Network ("we", "us") is an independent poker information platform. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account information. If you create an account for The Rail, we collect your email address, a username you choose, and a password (stored hashed by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never see it in plain text).
- Content you post. Posts, comments, votes, and communities you create in The Rail are stored and displayed publicly with your username.
- Newsletter signups.If you subscribe, we store your email address to send you updates. We don't sell it or share it with rooms or advertisers.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information.
- We don't process payments or hold funds of any kind.
- We don't require an account to browse the site.
Where your data lives
Account and community data is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider. Access is restricted by row-level security: your content is public by design; your email is not.
Your choices
- You can delete your own posts and comments at any time.
- You can request account deletion or a copy of your data by emailing hello@texaspokernetwork.com.
- You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email.
Third-party links
We link to official poker room websites and event pages. Their privacy practices are their own — review their policies when you visit.
